名字的由来
Moksi，在苏里南语里代表着多种元素的充分混合，这也是Sam和Diego这两位荷兰小伙选择这个名字的原因。第一次看到带有MOKSI名字的音乐起，这个名字所带来的强力节拍就从未让我们平静过。
Moksi, stands for a rich mix of elements in Suriname, which is why Sam and Diego, two Dutch boys, chose the name. The first time I saw a musical title with the name MOKSI, the strong beat of the name never calmed us down.
虽然都是荷兰人，但英国 90 年代经典舞曲影响并乐此不疲的的两位年轻人 Samir 和 Diego 在躁动的 House 派对上离奇相遇一拍即合, 于是后来有了 Barong Family 旗下最强双人 DJ 组合 - Moksi
Even though they're Dutch, But two young men, Samir and Diego, who never tire of being influenced by British dance classics in the 1990s, met strangely at the restless House party, leading to Barong Family's most powerful duo, DJ, Moksi.
MOKSI的第一次合作开始于一段45秒的迷你小样《Getting Higher》，之后他们将这段音乐做成了一首正式单曲，
随后，在Yellow Claw前任成员MC Bizzey的大力鼓励下，两人成功发行了属于Moksi的第一张EP 《Brace Yourself》，正式加入了Barong Family的大家庭。
MOKSI's first collaboration began with a 45-second mini-demo called "Getting Higher," which they later turned into a formal single.
Then, with the encouragement of MC Bizzey, a former member of Yellow Claw, they successfully released the first EP "Brace Yourself" belonging to Moksi and formally joined the Barong Family family.
随着《Brace Yourself》这张EP的发行，Moksi这个名字如同病毒一般在全世界Bass House乐迷之间扩散而开。当外界都在期待露面演出时，他们也正在为首次演出的形象而绞尽脑汁。两个多月后，Moksi作为DJ，戴着渔夫帽登上了Tomorrowland的Barong Family舞台，激活了他们的首场公开演出。
With the release of the "Brace Yourself" EP, the name has spread like a virus among Bass House fans around the world. While the outside world is looking forward to the show, they are also racking their brains about the image of the debut. More than two months later, Moksi stepped onto Tomorrowland's Barong Family stage as DJ, wearing a fisherman's hat, to activate their first public performance.
在首演大受好评后，两人并没有因此而膨胀，而是在继续闷头制作属于自己的声音。三个月后，第二张EP《The Power Of Moksi》再一次用新奇美妙的低音节拍冲击了每一个Bass House乐迷的耳朵。
After the highly acclaimed premiere, the duo did not expand, but continued to muzzle their own voices. Three months later, the second EP "The Power Of Moksi" hit the ears of every Bass House fan again with a fantastic bass beat.

这时的Moksi如同开了外挂一般，时不时就会在自己的社交平台上发布各种合作单曲以及Remix。为了增加辨识度，他们还给自己的Remix起了一个新的名字，“Moksi Switch Up”。
At this point, Moksi is like a plug-in, from time to time on their social platforms will be released on a variety of collaborative singles as well as Remix. To increase recognition, they gave their Remix a new name, "Moksi Switch Up."
无论是社交平台，还是演出信息，Moksi的一举一动都被全球粉丝密切关注着。跟随Yellow Claw整轮北美巡演；第三张EP《The Majestic》一出便再次登上了Tomorrowland的舞台；和DJ Snake合作了专辑《Encore》当中的唯一一首Bass House《Pigalle》。

我们算不清Moksi已经跟哪些大牌有过合作，但是肯定比大部分人看到的多。除了合作以外，他们自己单曲的质量可是丝毫不输给合作热单的，例如他们的《In The Air (Original Mix)》。如果一定要给Bass House列出一张名将录，那Moksi一定会名列前茅。
