SOY SAUCE 这个项目的成立，是为了给更多藏匿于深圳以及深圳周边地区的 Promoter 一个以音乐交流为目的的活动，对于新人而言更是一个难得的机会去做些尝试，一起让深圳的地下音乐能够更加新鲜活跃，让深圳派对场景更加多样化。

OIL希望能见到更多的 promoter做出大胆的尝试，并不局限于固有的形式与风格。OIL 作为深圳地下音乐场景最出彩的场地，将在以后的每周三夜晚不定期的为大家呈现的 SOY SAUCE 之夜。

SOY SAUCE is a project with the purpose of providing venue for promoters who are based in or surrounding Shenzhen, who is willing to do events for music communication. It is a rare opportunity for beginners to experiment with music in order to make the underground music of Shenzhen fresher and more lively, as well as diversifying the underground party scene of Shenzhen. OIL would like to see more promoters to make bold attempts in any forms and styles. OIL is the venue which get the best underground music scene in Shenzhen, will become holding SOY SAUCE Night every Wednesday from time to time. Please stay tuned for any updates about our events. Untz是由深圳本地推广者Zora和她的两位DJ朋友共同创立的年轻音乐活动品牌。Untz的聚会总是能把热爱地下音乐的人们聚集在一起，并给大家带来高质量的house/techno/minimal音乐。他们每次的派对都充满了享受音乐的人，同时也鼓励Untz继续给大家带来更好的派对，将与艺术，和平与爱继续传递。

Untz is Shenzhen's fresh Techno Event brand which was founded by Shenzhen Local promoter Zora And her two Dj friends Leevo(TR) and Ellbe Chan(HK).Untz parties focus on playing quality house-techno-minimal sounds and bringing people together who love Underground Music.We got encouraged after hosting several parties full of overjoyed people and will keep doing events with the harmony of art,peace n love.

DJ Ellbe Chan is a locally bred DJ, began her career in 2007 after noticing DJ's like Thierry Wils. With falling in love with electronic music and the scene meant in 1991, Ellbe decided to purchase some decks and try her hands on DJing.

Her first entry into DJing for practice was when she held a residency at I Club, having then escalated into Ellbe headlining with group Smile HK and located at different city to play her music.  Ellbe absolutely rocks dance floors at any given time with her sophisticated blend of deep house, minimal and techno that are inspired by the like of Carl Craig,Modulador B, Recondite, Rampa and Lunater. Watching out for Ellbe Chan's technical skills as it's one of the most memorable and amazing dance floor experience.

mmervv was born in a cave at an indeterminate time in the Ozark mountains of the mideastern United States, parented by a rumba automated vacuum cleaner and a disused phonograph accompanied by only a collection of hair metal, afrobeat, and mid 80s synthpop records. As such, he forever longs to return to the unusual mixture of bucolic greenery, deep rhythms, and inhuman sonic textures that defined his sole exposure to the outside world for the better part of his life. He loves to dance, but a little slower; he loves to talk, but a little slower; he loves to play understated house jams, but a little slower. All about texture and ambience, all about soul and vibe, he brings a unique taste to south China.

From the Black Sea Coast of Turkey comes LEEVO.Music and dance has been the most important part of his life since he was a kid. He was dancing with traditional drums and listening Turkish ethnic ,psychedelic grooves ,also he was into Turkish HipHop. His Techno Journey starts from The Prodigy, Bomfunk MC's to Richie Hawtin, Solomun. After come to shenzhen and work at big club as manager at 2014 ,he decided to share tunes that he likes by DJing. With his dedication and passion for music, he got full support and respect. LEEVO created his own style by putting his taste&sense from middle east&Europe  in to House&Techno.His Dj sets always well-connected with the dance floor and people gets different .

He started label “Untz” with his friend at end of 2017, As a Dj and co-founder of the most active local label in Shenzhen, he is spreading his music selections with the people all around China & the World.
